• Responsible for issuing requisitions for services and equipments maintaining procurement policies. 

• Create job templates/reports that may be used for future job quoting, such as workload/capacity, material lead time, in-house/outsource capabilities.

•Update work orders per any material, engineering or procedure changes.

• Responsible for daily backlog management within responsible area, to clean up and prioritize work.

• Develop integrated detail level schedule for the design, engineering, procurement, production, manufacture, assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning of project elements to meet the project milestones.

• Reviews the production schedule and manufacturing orders to ensure that components and services are available in a timely manner.

• Coordinates with appropriate manufacturing personnel to solve problems related to the Production Schedule, such as material shortage status, rejection, scrap, re-work, etc. Determines root cause for non on time work order release, OTA stats, and develops solutions and improvement plans.

Meetings are to ensure drum utilization and the progression of materials through the shop and to communicate developed recovery plans.
